The ideal range of beats per minute (BPM) for a high-energy workout playlist is typically between 120 to 140 BPM.
You can buy workout CDs in stores everywhere. I believe you can buy them on amazon for a low price. You could also create your own playlist using your favorite songs on iTunes
The best place to find a workout playlist is on playlist.com, rdio.com, or accuradio.com. Try finding some fast tempo, up-beat song that makes you want to dance. For instance Beyonce', Katy Perry, or Jennifer Lopez.
If you are a lady looking for a workout playlist Curves.com has some upbeat lists that help you to get the maximum benefit of your workout. To add music to your Groove Music playlist, first, open the Groove Music app and navigate to your library. You can browse your music collection or search for specific songs or albums. Once you find the music you want to add, right-click on it (or tap and hold on mobile) and select "Add to Playlist," then choose the desired playlist or create a new one. Your selected music will be added to the playlist for easy access.

You can view the music playlist at the Macy's Department Store through the YouTube website. The playlist is called Macy's Music List.
After you log in, find the "Music" tab and click on it. Then click on "My Music", "My Public Playlists" and "My Profile Playlist". Once your playlist comes up, you should be able to see an "x" next to your song (after the play and buy buttons) on the right side of the screen. Hope this helps. :)
