Only one train everyday leaves the Roseville station headed for the bay but you could just go to the Sacramento Amtrak Station. You will take the train from Sacramento to Oakland Colisuem station and walk over to BART(Bay Area Rapid Transit) station and take BART into San Francisco. Get off BART at Embarcadero station and get on the Muni Metro line T (Third Street) heading towards third street and then you will get off at Gilman/Paul station and either walk or take Muni Bus 56 to the Candelstick Park. Complicated? Yes but it can be done.
