Most fish do not have penises. The male squirts the sperm out of his body from a hole, and the female squirts out eggs from a hole in her body. The eggs are then fertilized by the sperm. Some species of fish however do have penises, or a type of organ called a gonopodium, more or less similar to a human male penis. The females of these fish give birth to live young, they do not squirt out eggs.
