proper discipline, punishment for rule breaking: what ever seems to work for your child whether its time outs, groundings, total supervision (watching them sleep, eat, standing out side the bathroom) or a good 'ole fashioned butt beatin' (not child abuse if done with love and in the proper way my parents managed to beat the ADHD out of me and i thank them everyday), when they act like mature adults treat them like mature adults, when they act like irresponsible children treat them like irresponsible children, they act like morons treat them like morons, etc., etc., start young and don't be afraid to assert your self, don't be a tyrant they will rebel, don't be timid they will run all over you, start young, don't reward good behavior they won't get a reward in life, do reward your child when they go the extra mile tho

Difference between juvenile delinquency prevention and juvenile delinquency control?

The difference between Juvenile delinquency prevention and control is simple. Prevention is pre-crime. Control is post-crime. For example, Boys and girls programs, after school programs and drug abuse programs are prevention. They are trying to prevent the problem from happening. Seaches and sezures, check points, arrests and things of this sort are considered to be control. When you get caught at a check point its not preventing you from drinking it is meant to catch you in the act of drinking and driving. You have already committed the crime.
