I purchase a labtop back in 2007, since then I have been laid off from my present job i missed a payment in the month of April and have been back on track (still unemployed). However I have explain this to your collection department that i was unable to catchup. My history with
Conns, I have purchase a Washer machine, Huge projection TV and now my labtop. I have been getting calls about 2 to 3 times daily its very fustrating when your try to explain your situation over and over and noone readys the notes on the system or your fails to put note on the accounht . Im a single Parent just try to stay a float. Your Department has no simpathy for people in this situation. I curently have an auto draft coming out on my account on a monthy basis its deduction on the 8th of every month in the amount of 100.00 apparently this is not good enough for your collection department. I Deeply regret purchasing any type of product from Conns, As soon as my account have been paid in full I will nolonger purchase from your company and I will let people know of my experience.
