AuthorHouse is one of the oldest self-publishing companies, and it offers a variety of publishing packages. While some authors have had good experiences, others have raised concerns about customer service, pricing, and marketing results.
It's important to carefully review any publishing contract and compare your options. Companies like Hillshire Media also offer customized publishing support with more hands-on service and transparent pricing, which many new authors prefer.
In the end, it depends on your needs, budget, and how much control you want over the publishing process.
There is no specific age requirement to publish a book. Anyone, regardless of age, can publish a book as long as they have written a manuscript that meets the publishing standards of a publishing house or self-publishing platform.

I found no "America Publishing". There is a "Publish America". Publish America is a site that purports to publish your book at no cost to you, and the further implication is that no author will be turned down. The truth is that publishing books costs money, and someone has to pay for it. Typically, a publishing house will then only accept some authors, the ones that they think have wrote a book good enough to sell a certain number of copies. Other times, a publishing house will charge you a fee to publish the book and print off 500 to 1,500 copies that you may then sell and keep all the proceeds of. Both of those methods are legitimate and above board. But I have never heard of a publishing house agreeing to publish anyone for no money, and then rely on you to advertise your book. Where they then get reimbursed for all this is not clearly stated. Actually, they don't state how that works at all. A cynic would imagine that after you get excited enough, they slip in some fee that by that time you don't mind paying. I would suggest caution when dealing with this company.
