if your book gets famous, then yes. example: Suzanne Collins. she became a hit and is now selling toys, movie, books, EVERYTHING. but if you don't get famous, which has a higher chance, then most likely not.

it depends on how good an author you are, at the start you will probably have to spend ages finding someone who will publish your book, then how much you are going to sell your book for and how much of the profits you will get, the shop will get etc... so it really depends on how good at writing books you are and how much you sell them the book / books for.
