Hezron believes that God's kingdom will be established through peaceful means and that it will occur through God's chosen leader. Joel and Daniel, on the other hand, believe that God's kingdom will be established through violence and rebellion against the Romans. Daniel sees himself as the instrument to bring about this change, while Joel struggles with the methods being used.
