Additionally, navigating bureaucratic processes can be frustrating and time-consuming, detracting from more meaningful work. Lastly, limited opportunities for collaboration can make it challenging to feel fully engaged and supported in achieving shared goals.

When discussing the most interesting aspects of your job, relate them to the position for which you are applying, if possible.
