Although it cannot be proven this happened, using common sense can be the best choice.
They say they took the 'sick' to the "Doctor's Car" or something along those lines. However, in this time, the Nazi's weren't keen on keeping anyone sick, so what do you think they did? I think they probably drug them off the train, killed them, and left them. Or maybe they had a car full of the dead people. Nothing had been recorded about this particular instance, so it could be left to your imagination to what happened.
This is most likely what happened to Madame Schachter. And any other sick, dying, or crazy individual.
