Osama Bin Laden was suppossed to be apprehended, but was executed after heading for a stash of weapons in the room. He was executed by Navy SEALs Team Six. Saddam Hussein was hanged by the US for running a corrupt government.

No he is not. Saddam Hussien was killed in 2006, but there have been sightings of bin Laden since then.
