The survey fee can range from $100.00 to $500.00 depending on the the analyst. It can even be waived for an opportunity to sell your their uber expensive consulting services.
As of this writing the exact rate for hiring one of their consultants is 275.00 per hour, per person plus expenses.
The expenses the client will have to cover for each person is
Air Travel (They double dip on this expense they will charge your outgoing airfair and then charge the next client incoming)
Taxi - To the airport ( consultants fudge this as most taxi cabs will hand them a blank ticket to get a better tip)
Car rental for each day (they estimate this as they don't know exact expenses i would demand a reciept)
44.00 dollar per day meals charge 22.00 for half a day
Hotel charges (Usually around 100.00 per day depending on your area)
Gas for filing up the rental car (again estimated usually high)
Any extra travel expenes including luggage check in, tolls, ferry rides, or any other related expenses.
They will usually send 2-3 people at at time to do their consutling work so you will be looking at
2*10*275 = 5,500 just for the hours
100*2 = 200 (estimated hotel)
700*2 = 1400 (estimated air travel)
25*2 = 50 (baggage check in)
44*2 = 88 (estimated meals for 2 people)
60*2 = 120 (est tax cab cost for 2)
So about 7,358.00 a day with 2 people working. Which will end up being around 40 grand towards the end of the week with other misc expenses.
It could be cheaper of course but the new May Company Consulting Policy states that they will pay their consultants expenses based upon whichever is lower (the amount on the reciept or the amount the client was billed)
In other words if they screw up and bill you 25.00 for the gas but it was actually 30 the consultant is out 5 dollars.
Most consultants are over worked and way underpaid to begin with so they will estimate expense extremely high to ensure they don't get screwed later on.
Hope this helps.

There is a monthly fee for this membership. Its a business based company and owning a company may be part of the requirements. But from what I gather, as long as you pay the monthly fee it's all good. This membership also includes some discounts from other businesses that may benefit your company
Depends on the company and they may charge a higher fee.
Depending on the source of the certificate, it may be that there are expenses related to producing it. The management company may have a set fee for all copies, scans and so forth. The insurance company may have already provided a copy to the association, and your request is for a duplicate copy. The insurance company may charge for it. The fee should not be excessive; it should be nominal. Unless there are extraneous circumstances, such as duplicate requests from a single owner.
