Yes,especially if your familiar with Rick Riordans other series "Percy Jackson and the Olympians. Same deal,except with egyptian gods rather then greek/roman. The main characters are just as well put as the earlier said series and it is great to read. There are currently 2 books out with 1 coming soon.
