"The Forsaken" by William Wordsworth is about a shepherd who feels abandoned and betrayed by his lover, Lucy. The shepherd laments the loss of their relationship and expresses his feelings of sorrow and rejection. The poem explores themes of love, loss, and heartbreak.
In William Wordsworth's poem "You Are Seven," the speaker is a father addressing his young daughter. The poem reflects on the passage of time and the innocence of childhood.

Grace darling. See wiiliam wordsworths poem....
Wandering lonely is a real thing, it is not surreal or unreal. 'He wandered lonely like a cloud moving over hills and valleys', contains only a comparison which does not disqualify the poem from claiming the realism in it. The following lines also can happen to and experienced by anyone, minus the comparisons. William Wordsworth's poem The Daffodils does have realism in it.

William J. Christie has written: 'The sanctuary forsaken'
The poem is online, and there is also some information about his life (see the related links below). He worked for the Indian branch of the Canadian government for a time, which I think gives some good background for the poem.I think the poem is also interesting ... if you think about it, the main character seems forsaken at times, but never is... it is those who don't work as she does and don't care as she does who can't find rest... they are the ones who are forsaken.
