The most difficult decision I had to make on a job was having to lay off a group of employees due to budget cuts. It was tough because I knew it would impact their lives and families, but it was necessary for the company to remain financially stable. I made sure to provide support and resources to help them transition to new opportunities.
This question is significantly different for everyone. Some people may find certain decisions that they have to make easy while others find those same decisions hard. For example moving away from your loved ones when you take a new job in another state. To some the move is an easy decision to others it may be the most difficult decision to make.

Most people make some types of decisions in their job, even if their job is highly structured and regulated. Think of a good example to prove to prospective employers that you are a problem-solver and decision maker.
