The moral is the hare and the turtle.
------> Parable! The question's first clause implied a choice that's not presented, but I'd also suggest a Fable. E.g. those by Aesop.
'The Fox and the Grapes' is a fable whose origins go back to ancient, classical Greece. For it's one of the many that still are known today as 'Aesop's Fables'. In fact, Aesop [620 B.C. - 560 B.C.] may not be the author of the fable. But he nevertheless is important, for his passing on of stories that were passed on to him from even more ancient tellings. And 'The Fox and the Grapes' always has been a favorite, with its insightful ending moral, 'It is easy to despise what you can't get'.

Fallout 3 will be extremely better then fable 2, fable 2 is a regurgitated fable 1 with ebtter graphics. fallout 3 is a whole new world whose main story has more hours of gameplay then all the missions combined in fable 2, as well as a more immersive, awesomer world well... that can be taken two ways. all fallout 3 is to me is oblivion remade with better graphics, and guns......... you cant really compare the two because they are made by 2 completely different companys and besides in fable 2 you can do anything well almost in fact you can even have a kid. now you cant say that about fall out 3 can you?
Such people are called pacifists. Those whose principles do not allow them to be drafted are called conscientious objectors.
The definition of constant variable is a variable whose value cannot be changed once it has been assigned a value for an experiment. It is the variable held steady, or constant, for a specific experiment.
I wouldn't call it "modern", as fables date from the Antiquity. They might be based on animal stories (stories whose characters are animals, not humans) and on popular beliefs (such as lions are brave) and conventions (the King of the animals is almost always a lion a.s.o.).
The field is ethics or moral philosophy, which is a branch of philosophy.
Bushrangers were criminals in that they stole, killed and evaded the law. But they also contributed bighly to the moral of downtrodden australians, whose rights and values were often abused by the law enforcers.
They allow people to understand the risk as the ratings agencies do the analysis so we don't have to. Unfortunately they are paid by the organisations whose bonds they rate, creating a moral dilema.
