Dr. Pibb is a carbonated soft drink created by the Coca-Cola Company and is primarily sold in the United States in various retail locations including grocery stores, convenience stores, and restaurants. It may also be available in some international markets under different names such as "Pibb Xtra."
Hopefully (and flippantly) Dr Pepper(UK).
Mr. Pibb is a carbonated soft drink created by The Coca-Cola Company as a competitor to Dr Pepper. It has a similar flavor profile to Dr Pepper, with a blend of spices and fruit flavors. It is widely available in the United States.

It depends on what city you live in. Coca-Cola and Pepsi both split the rights of Dr. Pepper, so in cities where Coke owns the rights to Dr. Pepper they cannot sell Pibb Xtra in 12 packs or bottles. However they can sell it on tap in restaurants that sell Coke products, but if Pepsi is the rights owner, then Coke can sell Pibb Xtra in 12 packs and bottles.
Pibb Xtra was created in 1972.
Mr. PiBB was "born" in the summer of 1972, the Coca-Cola Company had the intention of creating a drink that would rival the success of Dr Pepper. Test marketing began June 28, 1972.
It's actually Pibb Xtra (leave off the "E") and it's exactly the same as the old Mr. Pibb. The name was phased out for marketing purposes.
Usually no. Although Coca-Cola and Pepsi bottle almost none of the Dr Pepper in the US, and Coca-Cola has its own brand (Mr Pibb), several major distributors of Coca-Cola are the distributors of Dr Pepper, and there are relatively few PepsiCo distributors of the product. Coke's proprietary fountain beverage machines used in some Wendy's and Burger King franchises sell Dr Pepper, not Mr Pibb or Pepsi products. Taco Bell, formerly owned by PepsiCo, does sell Dr Pepper as well as Pepsi. The reverse is true for 7UP, which is widely distributed by PepsiCo, since Coca-Cola has a successful competition with their Sprite brand.
As of my last update, Sam's Club typically does not carry Pibb soda, which is a product of Coca-Cola. However, availability can vary by location and over time, so it's best to check with your local Sam's Club or their website for the most current inventory.
It is cinnamon.
