During the Voyage, he encountered whales, dolphins, and even a shark that almost tilted the Frog over! David went through two storms, but on the second storm, he was used to it. He was then rescued by a research ship that was actually searching for David besides information on whales. David had two requests; to tell his parents that he is okay, and to refuel his food supply.
