Marxism does not say that everyone is simply equal. Marx and Engels thought that people should be equal (socially, economically*, politically, etc) and that people should all enjoy a happy life free of exploitation and war and so on. But Marx and Engels siad that this will not come about by reforming capitalism, which systematically creates and spreads inequality, but will be brought about by people as a whole orgainsing and overthrowing capitalism and replacing it with a system that will create and spread equality, socialism. Though there will be still inequality under socialism but it will take socialism's maturing and development to facilitate the development of communism in which they dream of a world free exploitation and so forth will be realised.
*Though bear in mind that Marx and Engels did not think that everyone should be paid the same or anything like that because everyone is different. Some have large families and so on, if they got the same as a newly wed couple or something there would be marked inequality.
Marxism believes in equality for all classes. Therefore, it would have to be determined which health system or method Marxism would use and all would get the same. If Holistic Care was the method, then everyone would get it. If it was another method. Holistic Concepts would be out as all must receive equal care.
Communism / Marxism
Lenin adapted Marxism's conditions in Russia because he believed in it. He, like Karl Marx, believed that Russia and it's people can be in better conditions if everyone was equal. This came to thought because of how high starvation and homelessness population steadily increased. Marx started the concept of communism in Russia, and Lenin tried to finish it.
that everyone is equal.. that everyone is equal..
Marx was the father of communism, hence why it is called marxism or marx economy. Communism is the belief that everyone is equal within the country that practices this form of an economy. An example would be the USSR, which was a communist country leaded by Joseph Stalin.
Marxism is a political, economic and social philosophy that primarily seeks to understand how society works and how to change it. Neo-Marxism is a term sometimes used to refer to some of the different strains of Marxism that developed in the 20th century. Strains such as structural Marxism and Western Marxism.
Merits-Everyone is Equal. Demerits-Everyone is Equal.

There are no perfect rhymes for the word Marxism.
Communism. Although Mao Zedong's brand of Communism differed from traditional Marxism-Leninism in that the peasantry took the place of the proletariat as the revolutionary vanguard. Zedong's take on Communism is often referred to as "Maoism".
During the Industrial Revolution, Karl Marx, a German philosopher, created Marxism. He believed that everyone was essentially good and believed in an egalitarian society in which everyone would be equal. The only way this would happen, though, is if the proletariat class revolted. Sadly, when Marxism is put into practice, it creates communism. This was nothing near to what Marx intended, though. Russia tried to enforce Marxism (with the slight problem that they had no proletariat class) and ended up with communism.
Living Marxism was created in 1988.
