Disconnect the negative battery cable.
If you are sure that everything is working correctly then check the ground going to the blower motor assembly.............. Which goes through the blower resistor.

Remove the wiring harness from the back of the blower motor in your 1993 GMC 1500. Remove the blower motor retaining bolts. If the new blower motor does not have the fan attached to and you will need to remove the fan from the old blower motor. Reverse the process to install the new blower motor.
The blower motor speed resistor is burned out. That part is available from your local auto parts store.
Most likely a failed blower resistor.
On the passengers side, remove the glove box and door and its mounted to the top of the a/c heater box by two screws..............
the blower resistor is located on the evaporator housing it is secured by two screws and has a 4 wire harness plug on it easily accessible you will see it as soon as you open the hood

Easy to find. Just look under the glove box. It has an electrical connector and is held in with two phillips screws. Often is just needs a terminal cleaned not replacement.
thank you I found what I think is the resistor took the two screws out and found that a mouse or something had been squatting inside the housing and had ate away the clay around the coiled wires and finally broke one smh thanks again I was stumped lol
