Mine did the same thing it began to putter in the first few minutes of driving it. Were in Toledo sop it's cold and snowy. I thought it need some fuel cleaner, I picked up some and some antifreeze filled up the tank, added the cleaner. The coolant wasn't low. Suddenly my temperature gage started freaking out and going crazy up and down and up and down if I had it on (recycle air it would go down faster). But it wasn't smoking or no other lights were on just the low coolant, then the service engine light flasshing ... Then next morning we went to start it and the oil started speuing out from the filter area. Now it's possible I may have a cracked block. So my advice : DON'T DRIVE IT!! take it straight to the fix it shop other wise you may loose yours too. It sucks. Sorry
There may be other reasons for the vehicle to be overheating but yes if you have let the reservoir run dry then it wont have suction to draw fluid back into the radiator so you will have to fill the radiator as well.
You must check the coolant level in your radiator and reservoir. Low coolant levels can lead to overheating. If it's low, you may have a coolant leak that needs to be repaired. Good luck!
The world record for not blinking is 32 hours or so.
no 1hour
Could be a bad thermosat. The smoke could be from where you dripped oil onto the engine.
The blower fan could be overheating. The A/C is still working but you won't feel the cool unless the blower fan is operational.
she usually stares at u for like 2 minutes with no blinking.
If the temperature warning light activates, immediately pull over to a safe location and turn off the engine to prevent overheating. Allow the engine to cool down for at least 15-30 minutes before checking the coolant level. If low, add coolant or water as needed, but only when the engine is cool. If the warning light remains on after addressing coolant levels, consult a professional mechanic to diagnose the issue.
