Start at the fuel tank, and follow the fuel line to the engine. You will find the filter, if it is there.

Gasoline engine - the filter is part of the pump in the tank. Diesel engine - the filter is on the driver side of the engine. The gas engines do not have inline filters.

Finding the inline fuel filter in a 1994 Chevy Mark is easy. The fuel filter should be located near the oil plug under the truck.
