your sliders are rusted stuck....how did you take apart the calipers? did you just the 2 bolts off the bracket? and slide the whole unit off?..... INSPECT THE 2 inner bolts that mount to the slide pin.....i think its a 13mm bolt, and the bracket bolt is a 15mm. I just did brakes on my '98 jimmy.......i noticed that the left...only one slide pin was sliding, and i accidentally broke off the other pin, so i had to drill it out. my right caliper is still jammed rusted...so it weares off the innder pad (near the piston) faster than the outer pad. hope this helps...... if you cant move the caliper with the rotor on, after its been sitting for a while....its your pins..... if your pins slide freely, then check the right hand side break line...they fautigue and have a slow leak sometimes....
