Motors can just quit, but could also be plugged with dirt or debris, or the power wire to the pump could be loose. Both wiper blade hoses could also be plugged up if the windshield has been through a lot of dirt. Check the pump motor by having a buddy run it while you listen under the hood with the engine off.
