The rear washer/wiper is shared with the front reservoir

To fix the rear wiper motor on a Subaru Outback, first, ensure that the issue isn't with the wiper switch or fuse. If those are functioning properly, access the motor by removing the interior trim panel on the rear hatch. Disconnect the wiring harness and remove the motor's mounting bolts, then replace the faulty motor with a new one. Reconnect everything, test the wiper, and reassemble the trim panel.
It is the same reservoir for the front and the rear. Suspect a bad pump, or clogged, disconnected, or cracked hoses leading to the rear wiper.
The rear wiper blade for that vehicle is a dealer-only purchase (no aftermarkets available). Ask the dealer for the procedure when you purchase the rear wiper blade.
