actually if you noticed it only happens at a specific rpm, if you catch it while its shifting up or down this happens. so nothing really to worry about.

It depends on traffic. In 2012, there is considerable bridge construction which is slowing things down, plus on summer weekends, there are delays caused by the large numbers of tourists trying to get to Cape Cod (Hyannis is on the Cape). Without traffic, it should take you about two hours.
