To drain the coolant in a 2004 Volvo S60, first ensure the engine is cool, then locate the radiator drain plug at the bottom of the radiator and place a container underneath to catch the coolant. Open the drain plug and allow the coolant to flow out completely. Additionally, you may want to remove the radiator cap to help facilitate drainage. Once drained, close the drain plug and refill with the appropriate coolant mixture.
