Replace the CIG ATM 15amp fuse (fuse color Blue) that is in the fuse box under the driver side dash under CIG, you need to get your back on the floor by the gas pedals and look up under the steering wheel dash and you will see a cover with diagrams of fuses and what they are for, you needs to take that cover off to access the fuse, this fuse controls your cigarette lighter, clock and stereo.
