1-6-5-4-3-2
On my Astro, the firing order is located on the distributor cap- Where each plug wire goes into the cap, there is a number on the cap-find#1 go clockwise for the next number etc. That's your firing order
Number one on the distributor cap of a 4.3L V-6 engine would be at the 5:30 location on the cap if you are standing in front of the vehicle with the hood open.
if your saying your engine is a 4.3 your have a v6 not a v8. even with that I've not seen a Chevy engine with cap in front like a ford or Chrysler product. v8 up until 96 i know for sure are 18436572 I have found that some police package cars with a 4.3 it can be a version of the LT1 motor that does have the distributor in the front. I didn't believe it till I saw one at a police auction. I do not, however, have a firing order for this six banger. I hpoe that this might at least help.
The correct firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 Look at this diagram. Copy and paste into your browser. http://autorepair.about.com/library/firing_orders/bl-fo-7067.htm If you removed the distributor or turned the cap you're going to need to reset the timing. But anyways, looking at the cap from the front of the car put the wires on in order starting plug #1 just to the right of the six o'clock position. The go clockwise in the firing order 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2
All the wiring diagrams are available in the Chilton's manual starting on page 6-43.
Ok bare with me here.....when you are in front of your car looking down at the motor you see 4 plugs...now the far right plug is number 1....so technically as you look down at your motor(left to right) it would 4 3 2 1. Now the distributor goes clockwise when it fires and it has 4 spots as well only it looks like this 00 12... 00 43 that showing the numbers...they have to go on the distributor in that exact order being that the rotor spins clockwise...so match the numbers and you should be good. Spark plug gaps are 0.039-0.043 I hope you understand my diagram.
Diagnostic code 43 in the 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee refers to an issue with the distributor. This often causes the Jeep to stall at operating temperature.
Yes, seems to be an oil filler cap for a GTO.
Dragonfable is a constantly updating game so there is no finish. The cap goes up annual and as of Dec/Jan 2012 the level cap is 80.
43 is some sort of engine misfire, or distributor fault... code 12 is that the battery has been disconnected in the last 50 key cycles...
the equation would be (according to pemdas or order of operations) is 43-(25/5)+2 43-(5)+2 43-3 40
the firing order is 1-6-5-4-3-2 #1 cyl is drivers side front of engine follow it to the dist. and go clockwise. this is striaght from the book. it's easy to do.
