I had the same problem. My issue was the PMD - Pump Mounted Driver. It is located in the engine valley under the manifold and it is typical to go bad. I replaced mine with an aftermarket one purchased on eBay with a heat sink and a six foot cable. Took me 15 minutes and my truck started right up! Good luck.
