First, when you replaced the master, Did you bench bleed it ? If not, would be a good idea. To bench bleed, put the master in a vise, fill with proper fluid, use the proper size fittings in the outlets with the ends bent over as to not let any air back in, or have the right plugs. Open the plugs, push the rod in gently, with the rod fully in close the plugs. Release the rod. Refill with fluid if needed. Do this several times till all the air is out. Install on car, remove plugs and attach the lines. Start with the rear passenger side, open bleeder, have someone push brake pedal to floor and hold, tighten bleeder, and repeat several times. Then off to the other rear side. Then to the passenger front, and then the last one. Since all the lines, or just the rear lines, are empty, might take a little time. Just make sure all the conections are tight. Yes you will have to bleed all 4 wheels. When you finish with the front, return to the rear and start all over again till you start to have pressure and no more air. Good luck.
