NGK Iridium if you don't mind paying $9 or more per plug. I personally like Bosch and have Bosch Platinum +2 in my 92 Accord.
I recently purchased a '99 rx300 that had bosch plugs installed in it. My catalytic converter kept getting hot (according to lexus) because the bosch plugs did not offer proper spark and burn. They suggested iridium plugs. They will be installed this week and I will tell you if I notice a difference.

Don't do it. Bosch Platinum +4 plugs are not designed for your Ranger. Use the correct Autolite plugs. I believe they are called "dual platinum" or something like that.
I USE BOSCH PLATINUM

Stick with Bosch...It's your best bet. Try to get something platinum if at all possible. Like Platinum 4's....however they run about $60 after tax for the 4 of them. NGK makes some nice plugs too.... Iridium is the newest technology in plugs, so that may also be a route you want to explore..
