Yes it can.
Yes that's reasonable
Can I put a set of 245/40/18 tires on a Buick Lucerne CXS? It has 245/50/18 on it now.
24540 18 are bigger than 2354018. 235 is the width of the tire in mm. The profile 40 is 40per cent of the width. and 18 is the diameter of the wheel it is to be fitted to.
245/35/18 tires, this is a bad idea it will cause massive suspension problems and will warp the rotors
Yes, I Have 18" Rims On My '99 LHS.I Have 245-45-R18 Tires, With No Rubbing At All.
Yes you can. With the 18 in rims you cant go bigger then 245/45/18 tires or else they will hit your struts/sprigs.

The fraction 18/245 cannot be reduced any more.
Short answer, Yes! I recently downgraded the 18's to 17's on my 2010 Lexus RX350. Then mounted 245/70/17 all around. No rubbing even at full lock.
My guess.Your tires are different diameters, the dynamic stability control will not like that.
Stock I think they're 15" or 16", 225. Maybe 245 in the rear for the TT. Right now I have 18", 245 on the front and 275 on the rear. Be careful to get the right offset for your rims and aspect ratio for your tires if you go that direction.
Yes, you can use a 225-45-18 tires instead of 225-50-18 tires.
