A car cannot recharge its own battery if the battery is completely dead, because you need excitation voltage in the rotor to develop a voltage in the stator. Besides, you need voltage to run the ignition/computer system, and you need voltage to start the engine. That said, most batteries are not completely dead. If you can jump start the car, and assuming there is no electrical problem anywhere, you can run the engine and charge the battery. Problem is that most car batteries are not designed for deep discharge, and the probability that damage was done is greater than normal. Also, if the battery is very deeply discharged, you probably ought to charge it with an external charger (with the battery disconnected from the car) until its voltage is somewhat normal and its electrolyte is within limits for specific gravity.
Confusing question as I am not clear as to your question. When a battery goes dead you recharge it. When the battery will no longer hold a charge you must replace it.
If your mobile goes completely dead, it typically means that the battery has drained completely and needs to be recharged. It could also indicate a software issue or hardware malfunction, such as a faulty battery or internal components. In some cases, a dead phone might be due to physical damage or water exposure. To troubleshoot, try charging the device and performing a reset if it doesn’t respond.
The LX178 has a stator to recharge the battery. When this goes bad, the voltage regulator indicates no charge being produced. The mower dies do to lack of enough charge to produce a spark. When you recharge, there is enough current to again produce a spark - will run until the battery goes dead again.
plug it in!
Use the key when the battery goes dead in your remote sender or if the vehicle battery goes completely dead and the door lock solenoids won't work. In an emergency, the key also allows you to give access to your vehicle (on a temporary basis) to someone you don't want to have permanent access.
replace it
THE BATTERY WILL GO DEAD
Time to change the battery
Car batteries get re-charged by the alternator. If your battery recently went dead, "miles" is not what is measured to recharge the battery, "time" is used. I'd leave the car running for 15-30 minutes. Driving for this amount of time too is fine. If the battery goes dead again, probably a bad battery or bad alternator, or sometimes a bad alternator makes the battery go bad and they both need repaired. (typically a new alternator is $120 - $200)
A battery charger does one thing. It charges a battery, and starts with whatever charge is in the battery and goes from there. Running an automobile battery down will shorten it's life.
no
Get the alternator checked before your battery goes dead.
