Yes, a lawn tractor can be jump started with a car battery, in the same manner as another car can be jump started.
I assume you mean a car battery. Yes, you can jump your lawn tractor with a car battery, following the usual precautions for jumping any vehicle.
no
i dont see why not.
Typically a charger is not meant ot "jump start" and engine. It provides a slow, regulated charge to the battery. A car battery or fully charged battery will typically provide enough pwoer to jump start your tractor. I recommend charging your battery for a number of hours (or overnight) till completely recharged. If the tractor will no start without a jump, your battery may be in need of replacement.
NO You have to many AMPS from a car, you can jump start it butdon't charge it.
It has a very nice car seat. The tractor does not stop abruptly when going in reverse, and its definitely more powerful than a lawn mower. <http://tractorpoint.com/cgi-bin/tractor/fullThread.pl?parentnum=152258>

Yes.
It is a tractor because you can do anything with a tractor but you cant with a race car.
There is no difference between a small engine filter and a auto filter. Small engine manufactures do no make oil filters. The filters are made by the same companies that make auto filters and they are the same. You can cross reference the filter that fits your lawn tractor to another brand of filter which fits a car. Purolator is an excellent filter to use on a lawn mower. Write down the number on the filter you are using and go to Advance Auto Parts and they will cross reference it for you.
