Sure you can. As with all cars, finding the pump itself is the subject of a lot of questions so let me clear this bit up too. If you need to locate the windscreen washer pump, simply follow the little pipes that come off the washer fluid bottle. One set will go to the washer nozzles but they have to have the pump itself somewhere in that system.
Before you heave anything off, check the electrical connections as possibly just a wire is off the pump. If wires in place a good idea is to disconnect the two wires (if only one wire then the car body is a neutral earth...so is technically the negative wire) and then use a spare 12 volt light globe (any car lamp will do it) and test the electric current. (You can use an amp meter too). If power there it is too obvious a job to remove and replace the pump so you should be fine for now.
Last point. Once the new pump is in place and if there were two wires to it...do make sure they go on the correct connections of pump might run backwards instead....test all before bolting down fully.

If the pump is working you will be able to hear it. Disconnect the hose at the pump and push the button on the wiper switch to make sure fluid is leaving the pump. If it is then the hoses must be checked all the way to the end of the wiper blades. If no fluid is present, you will have to replace the pump.
Open your hood and find the windshield wiper fluid tank and drain it. The pump is located on the side of the fluid tank and is plugged in. Remove the plug and the pump output first. Pull the windshield washer fluid pump out of the tank and replace it with the new one. Hook the electric connection and the pump output and refill your fluid tank.
Probably not. The washer pump is usually on or in the washer fluid reservoir.
The windshield wiper fluid pump on a Honda CRV is found on the drivers side. It is located underneath the wheel well.
button on wiper control is for the wiper fluid pump,so you can squirt cleaner onto windsheid
The washer pump is on the bottom of the fluid reservoir.
It is on the bottom of the fluid reservoir.
You replace it. Check a used auto parts business. Or go to Auto Zone.
Remove the tank if necessary. Detatch electrical connector & hose. Remove motor from tank. Install in reverse
Just a guess - a pump for the wiper fluid?
more than likely it needs a new wiper fluid pump, if the pump runs but still no fluid, check to make sure the hoses are connected, if they are, pull one off, and run the pump, if fluid comes out, the nozzles are plugged, usually, compressed air will clear these out.
out of wind shield wiper fluid or fluid is frozen
