Most likely yes ,for a while. Depending on how how many cylinders your engine has. 1 out of even 4 will still run (but rough) larger engines are easier to drive with one bad plug. If the plug is oil fouled then it's time for a rebuild to the engine soon. I have been driving a 6 cyl. several months now ,however it continues to lose power.
