Due to the design and parts availability, only the dealer can do much of anything with the Charger Transmissions.
I would not add any additive since you cannot check the fluid level, you may end up overfilling the trans.
It requires a special tool (the dipstick) that is only available to the dealer.

That requires a special tool (the dipstick) that only the dealer has.
Most likely. The dealer would charge you to use their parking lot, if they thought they could get away with it. The issue with Chargers and the transmission fluid level is that Doge didn't include (and doesn't appear to sell) a dipstick to check it.
1. get to the dealer 2. get to the dealer 3. get to the dealer
You will have to take it to a dealer or transmission shop that has the special tool to check the fluid.
you dont you have to take it to the dealer
Its sealed, you have to take it to the dealer!!!!
take it to the dealer
It means there is a problem with the transmission and as such you should check with your BMW dealer.
You cannot check the fluid level as the transmission is a sealed unit. A GM dealer can check it if you have a leak. If you have no leak then it is fine.
It should be whats called a dealer check transmission. It has an eleven millemeter plug on the transmission itself. You would have to get under the car to check it.
