Most states have special laws for mopeds under 50cc's. Some states require special licenses, while others require no license at all.
It is not a crime to ride a moped. All you have to do is have licenses.
Yes ..but not legaly on a public roadway
Moped licenses will vary depending upon which state you live in. In Kentucky, you can drive a moped as long as you have a driving permit.
For a 50cc moped you have to be 16 but dont have to have a drivers licence.
can you get a moped liscence if your drivers liscence is revoked in kansas
Sadly, to drive a moped you need to be at least 15 years old. http://liberty.state.nj.us/mvc/Licenses/MotorizedBicycle.htm
YES!
The state of Arkansas a requires a person to be 14 years old in order to obtain a moped permit. You need a drivers license or a permit to operate a moped.
I just spent 20 minutes on the phone with the NY State police to find this answer. The reply I got was that you NEED a class D drivers license to drive any moped no matter the cc or speed..... Sucks, doesn't it?
no
If they are lawful to be operated on the public streets and roadways, yes.
Yes. If the moped/scooter is 49cc or less you will need an automobile license. If over 49cc you will need to get a motorcycle endorsement.
