In THIS country (USA) it is illegal to distribute brake or suspension parts that are inferior in quality to the original equipment. If you use aftermarket brake parts the auto manufacturer will no doubt try to get out of a warranty that has anything to do with the brakes. On the other hand, the brakes are probably no longer under warranty anyway so what difference does it make.
