A GOOD MUFFLER SHOP LIKE MEINEKE CAN CUT OUT THE BAD SECTION OF FLEX PIPE AND WELD IN A NEW ONE. USUALLY TH PIPE IS AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN NEW.
