You are able to switch to conventional tyres if you currently are equipped with Run-Flat tyres even if you have a mini cooper. The only thing that i would inform you of is that if you change to conventional (Normal Tyres) then you would need to change all the tyres that are on the same axle to make sure that the vehicle will not pull to one side when driving. Other factors that will be effected due to not changing both tyres to conventional tyres on the same axle will include;
The braking distance of the vehicle and the drive off the car. These are very important things that you need to keep in mind when changing from Run-Flat to conventional tyres.
yeah but not for long
If your car is shaking, it normally has to do with your tires. Check your tires for a flat or to make sure they are securely put on.
either your pump is not strong enough or you have a bad valve stem. Go to the nearest tire dealer and have them change your valve stem.
because if you didnt they would be flat......... obviously
Dunlop tires are specially designed for use on large vans and mini-trucks. They are made to withstand the great weight of these vehicles. These tires are not very expensive.
Yes, you still need to put air in run-flat tires. While they are designed to allow you to drive for a limited distance at reduced speed after a puncture, they still require proper inflation for optimal performance and safety. Regularly checking and maintaining the correct air pressure is essential to ensure the tires function as intended and to enhance vehicle handling and fuel efficiency.
Well considering you don't have a spare tire, it would seem you need a run-flat. www.tirerack.com might be of help. I put Cooper Zenon tires on mine and carry a 12 volt compressor and cans of fix-o-flat. Car is extremely quiet and tires were under $800. You also can carry a small jack in the middle rear storage compartment
If a 4wd, and all tires are on the ground, yes. Put the transfer case in "N" with the trans in "P" or in gear if a manual.
To make tires inflate you need to put air in them

There is no reason that you can not put discount tires on your car. These tires are usually brand name tires that are sold at discount prices. Regardless of the discount, you should still have a warranty on these tires.
