The gauge would be in the dash, so yes.

The wires to the fuel pump are not connected correctly or are disconnected.
The fuel pump is located in the gas tank. You must remove the cover that protects the gast tank and then the tank itself. Make sure you disconnect the fuel lines going into the fuel pump when dropping the tank. There is little slack. Once tank is down, remove fuel pump and replace with new. The fuel pump is an entire housing unit about 1' tall and 5" in diameter. It also has the fuel gauge sensor on it, so if you have been having problems with your gas gauge, this will be fixed as well. Always replace the fuel filter when replacing the fuel pump module.
pump is in fuel tank. accessible through trunk. if replacing, also replace fuel filter.
The Fuel pump sending unit has gone bad. Replace fuel pump assembly, not just the pump.
The floater inside your pump is sticking. You will have to replace your fuel pump in order to fix this problem.
After replacing the fuel filter and checking the fuel pump fuse and relay it still does not work, replace it.
It can cost between $80 and $300 to replace the fuel pump in this car. It will depend on where a person gets the part and who does the replacing.
are you sure you reconnected the wire to the gauge when you did the fuel pump? also the gauge requires a good ground to the tank. its possible you don't have a good connection. just some thoughts.
loose connector, broken wire, bad sending unit on the pump, etc
Replacing the fuel pump is not a schedule maintenance item. You replace the fuel pump when it fails. However, you do need to replace the fuel filter at a regular interval. I recommend you replace the fuel filter every 50,000 miles if it is replaceable. A partially clogged fuel filter will cause the fuel pump to work very hard to pump fuel to the engine. This will cause the fuel pump to fail prematurely. So replace your fuel filter every 50,000 miles and you may never have to replace the fuel pump.
yep if just like my 94
