The CR2032 is twice as thick as the CR2016 and has a larger ah capacity. If the extra thickness is not a problem, the CR2032 will be a good replacement for the CR2016. Some mounting methods are thickness specific and others are not! Other than this there is no replacement for this battery.
You open the remote with a coin or small screwdriver, and pop the battery out. My 4Runner uses a CR2016 battery, which you can pick up at Walmart or any hardware store. Put the battery in with the + sign facing south, and you should be all set.
Like any other car...remove wires, retainer and replace. Most places do it for free or inexpensively when you buy the battery. The battery is in the trunk.
it's under the back seat. Replace it like any other battery, it's just in a weird location.
just like any other battery nothing special disconnect the terminals, remove the battery and put new one in
replace it just like any car battery
yes...as long as the cold cranking amps and voltage are at least that of the battery you took out of the car you are trying to replace the battery to.
any group 51 500cca battery will replace it.
No. If the battery post if missing then you will have to buy a new battery. My question to you is how is a battery post missing?
A dead cell in the battery will cause it to loose it's charge overnight. The only fix is to replace the battery. Any light that is staying on will drain the battery. Also a stuck relay will drain the battery.
as long as the battery fits it will work just fine
The battery is located in the trunk of the car, above the right rear wheelwell. You may need to pull back some of the carpeting. Once you find it, replace it just like any other car battery.
You just need to remove the back cover, it does require using a paper clip to release the back and replace it with a watch battery. You can get a watch battery at any pharmacy.
