No you can't. Mine just went on me and when I turn on my car and put it in gear the whole front drivers' side shakes and rumbles. When you do drive it though, it will sound like the car is dragging the engine on the pavement. It's horrific.
If it is a front wheel drive vehicle it could be a bad CV joint. In a rear wheel drive car it could be a bad universal joint.
is it front wheel drive? if so the cv joint is bad
On a front wheel drive car I would suspect bad CV joints. On a rear wheel drive car I would suspect a bad universal joint. Have a mechanic look at it right away.
no it will run rough and stall out
Unbalanced tires, warped rotor, bad engine mount, bent drive shaft, bent wheel, bad wheel bearings, bad U-Joint or CV joint, or your car might have a rough idle.
Assuming this is a front wheel drive vehicle, a CV joint in one of the halfshafts is going bad.
Could either be a bad brake wheel cylinder (caliper) or a bad CV joint axle seal
Yes it does if the car is moving. Because the CV joint is part of the axil if the car is moving the bad CV joint will be moving too. or No it will not make noise if the car is in neutral and the car is not moving.
check trans mount or u joint maybe you have a hanger bearing? and its loose in the rubber? dent in drive shaft? or a bad drive tire?
yes you can but i would not ... bad idea
Check the drive axle for a broken and leaking boot or bad CV joint.
bent wheel, front wheel drive? bad cv joint, rear drive? universal joint, wheel bearing, plug wires, coil, injector, hard to say without more info
