i have a 1998 nissian altima the original key wont open the door what do i do could this be a fuse issue
The bulb or fuse is burned out or the master switch is turned off.
there should be a card on the door of your fuse panel that has symbols for each fuse, matching each fuse number with its function. the fuse panel is on the driver's side of the dash - you have to open the car door to access it.
Open the passenger side door, there is a panel on the side of the dashboard (to the right of the glovebox). The passenger door must be open to access. There are two more fuse boxes located under the hood.
inside the drivers side door, you will see a fuse panel door when you open the car door on the side of the dash. they're labelled, i believe it pwr wnd but test them all.
It's on the drivers side of the dash board when you open the car door
Under the dash , on the drivers side ( 4 door ) In the drivers end of the dash ( the fuse panel cover is visible with the drivers door open on the 2 door )
when you open the hood of the car and your facing it, lookto the far right near the bottom. there should be a small black box. open it, and change the fuse.
Check the fuse for the blower motor in your fuse panel. Depending on your vehicle, its by your left knee. You might have to open the door as it might be on the side.
Don't open your car door into traffic. Use the other door.
in the fuse box inside the car. open the driver door and pull out the plastic cover to the left of the steering wheel. The plastic cover is facing outside the car and you cannot reach it with the door closed.
Open your drivers door. With the door open look into your car. On the left you will see a cover that should pop off rather easily. Its to the left of where you turn on your headlights.
its on the passenger side of the car. open the passenger door and look on the side of the dash. twist either way to open...
