one of the cooling fans is controlled by the coolant temperature sensor, and the other cooling fan comes on when the a/c is switched on. they may run simultaneously if conditions are correct.
One of the fans is elec. controlled and only comes on when temp. gets high enough. As for the lights for abs and srs, they could be from one bad sensor, not sure but abs is anti-lock brake sensor and srs could be a speed sensor and both are mounted on wheel so could be both on one sensor. Hope that makes sense. No pun intended.
