No
No, a 1983 Honda Xl250 does not need a battery to start.
No you do not need a battery, but the lights and horn will not work unless you have a battery installed, dead or not.
Might need to clean out the carberator,or needs a new battery
If your Honda Element won’t start after disconnecting the battery, it might be due to the need for the engine control unit (ECU) to reset. Try reconnecting the battery and waiting a few minutes before attempting to start the vehicle. If it still doesn’t start, ensure all battery connections are secure and check for any blown fuses. If the problem persists, there may be other issues that need to be diagnosed.
Good idea to check the battery. Might need to be charged, or changed.
it can be lots of stuff mate... Battery needs charging, dead battery, wires have a problem somwere, fuse of accelerator in the dash blown, even check your fuel level, you need a Honda expert for this...
