Yes, fuses can get warm during operation due to the electrical current passing through them. The warmth is a result of the resistance in the fuse wire, which generates heat as energy is dissipated. However, if a fuse becomes excessively hot, it may indicate an overload or fault in the circuit, which could lead to failure or a potential safety hazard. Regular monitoring and replacement of fuses are essential to ensure safe operation.
Warm water is a better cleaner because cold water fuses the stain even more so to the fabric, where as warm water draws the stain away from said fabric.

No they don't have fuses.
Hi, Which fuse do you need to change? There is one fuse box below the dash on the left side. The blue cover for that fuse box pops off and the fuses are shown there. There should also be a fuse removal tool there and hopefully some spare fuses. The second fuse box is under the hood near the battery. There are also some relays in that box also. It is handy to have a light with you for the box under the dash because it can be a bit dark under there. You should have some fuses with you, a 5, 10, 15, 20 and a (maybe) 30. If you haven't bought some fuses, just go and purchase a box of assorted fuses, the blade type. Good luck and I hope it's warm where you are. Steve H.
