On a 1996 Plymouth Breeze, the horn is typically located behind the front grille or under the hood, near the front of the vehicle. It is mounted to the vehicle's frame or body and may be accessed by removing some components like the grille or bumper cover. If you're having trouble locating it, consulting the vehicle's service manual can provide specific guidance.
It should be near the bottom of the front bumper on the inside if I remember correctly. Check behind the bumper where the fog lights are (if you have them), and you should see a bundle of wires. The horn should be right there.
